Well my brother and I have been next door neighbors and wrenching partners for a long time. His kids are of school age and he bought a house in a better school district. Can't fault him for that, but the compilation of tools we have acquired is now being split, leaving me out of some nice stuff, which is going to put a bigger dent in my modding budget as I'll just about have to start over. Granted he won't be too far, but who wants to drive home after wrenching and beer drinking? It's a lot easier to stumble out of the shop up to the house. Don't get me wrong, he's not getting everything, but it's a fair amount. Sorry guys, just bummed about not seeing him and his kids everyday and not being able to yell, give me a hand...
You can move down here beside me. I own the house next door, it's a little crappy and full of OBS truck parts, but hey, what a decor! I've got plenty of tools, but I don't drink, so you'll have to do enough drinkin for both of us! LOL!!!

Ha ha ha thanks Bill! I could easily drink enough for both of us!
We have both bought tools over the years some are mine some are his. Example, the big 220v compressor is mine, but the rattle wrenches are his. All the jacks, jack stands, engine hoist, etc are his. We literally have been so lose in proximity for so long, what one of us didn't have the other would buy.
Ah hell that sucks! Yall had the best setup if you ask me! He shoulda just homeschooled em! Teach em all about Fords and nothin about the other trucks! lol Are yall still fightin to buy the place you're in now?

No. We don't want to buy if they're not going to be there. Don't want to share the drive with anyone else.
