New FTE member & F-250 owner
FYI gang
My friend Eric is now the proud owner of a '97 F-250 HD reg cab 5.8L 2WD.
The 1st issue he had with the truck was the infamous door rattle from the missing striker post bushings. Next was fuel filter. Now he's got some concerns with mirrors for trailering and spotty fuel gauge performance.
He loves his workaday Ford as I love mine and I've been encouraging him and helping him out with threads on FTE as he works through these little things.
A few days ago, he joined FTE and I just christened his message board tonight.
