I put mine on a lift. I know thats more than most people have but jack stands on the frame will do the same thing.
From there I started on the passenger side. I took the c-cap off (4 bolts) with an impact gun and loosed the bottom spring bolts (removed the forward bolt. From there it was pretty much a process of pulling the axle forward and replacing the bushings with poly. Put back together just as I took it apart. I did tighten the c-cap bolts in a pattern so it evenly compressed the bushing.
The drivers side was the same although I separated the drive shaft and the traction bar as they add to the **** holding it in place. The pumpkin does make it a little heavier but not to bad.
A buddy helps! So does a screwdriver to stab anyone who interferes while you are wrestling with the axle.
