I picked up a set of used fenders in pretty good shape for my truck. They have the "full race track," the chrome midline trim with the rubber strip up the middle, the aluminum/chrome lower trim that just goes on the back of the fender, AND the chrome fenderwell trim. The only damage I see to any of the pieces is it looks like the flange where the marker light mounts in the trim has a tiny bend where the light caught on the trim when a PO was removing it, and one of the federwell trims has an extra hole drilled inside the wheel well arch that looks like it made a tiny flat spot.
If you need this stuff, it is yours for the postage and handling or if you live close to Charles Town WV you can have it. I know this stuff can be hard to find. The guy had a bunch of other trim pieces laying around but I couldn't really make heads or tails of it, most of it looked like the lower molding for the doors, though he had 4 or 5 of them so idk, maybe they go in front of or behind the rear wheel well too, hard to tell. I'm not familiar with the lower molding. the rest of it all had small dents and stuff in it.
He also tossed in an extra set of fenders for super cheap that I have no use for. They had holes drilled in them for fender flares or trim or something, and someone bondo'd over them and sanded the entire fenders. They don't appear to have any heavy rust or dents or anything, just some surface rust in the areas they were sanded. I was going to get a pair of fenders and a door and he threw out a number for everything and I didn't want to see these fenders go to the scrappers so I tossed them in my truck thinking someone could use them. I'd like to see maybe $40 for the pair, or maybe trade for something cheap and cool.
Did you grab the rest of the lower trim? If the drivers door piece don't have dents, I'll take that off your hands. If so, pm me, after tm night i'll be gone till tues.I could tell what the pieces go to from a pic. Glad u grabbed up that stuff, lower trim is hard to find, I'm sure many will appreciate!
