I have E150 with a 6" lift on it.The rear has a 4" block and add a leaf. It tends to body roll a little in the corners and on real windy days. Will a sway bar in the rear help this , the offroad shop I talked to said I needed a new set of stiffer spring packs. I was wondering what you guy's think.

Do you already have a front bar? If not, adding a rear bar only may make the truck very unstable. It's going to want to swap ends on you. A pair of bars may help, but you probably need to stiffen your rear springs to match the front.

I think with an add-a-leaf your spring pack will be stiff enough. If you don't have any sway bars at all, you can go to a junkyard and get stock ones, then get the drop links from a lift company (skyjacker sells them) for a 6" lift and bolt it on. You could also get the stock parts to bolt on a sway bar, buy an aftermarket sway bar (better/stiffer), and bolt it on with the drop links from a lift company. My truck doesn't have any sway bars on it.
