Blower Drive Service offers a blower for the FE motors. Hampton Blowers probably does too.

Been there, done that. My '64 Galaxie has a 6-71 bolted on top of a 390. Quite easily installed. Blue thunder makes a manifold, BDS also has most all drive parts to make it work. I have used from both of them.
One thing to watch is the blower sits back on a FE. You may find clearance problems putting it in a pickup. I looked at my F100's and was trying to compare room. I think you may have to cut the cowl back a bit to clear the carbs. It hangs out there quite a bit. Either that or move the motor forward.

Next to Trucks I go nuts for Wagons- that seems like a Kool One- love to see it. And I agree about blower clearance in later F100's. I have a Cad Style air cleaner that barely fits.
