CAMPGROUNDS
We used to have a sticky about campgrounds.... where'd it go?
Anyway, going here this weekend - well extended weekend - Thurs -Sun. My grandson went up this way from Baltimore area to visit for a week and never came back! We're - his Dad (my son ) his SO, and my wife are headed up there to see him and the reason he never came home. Yeah, it's a young lady!

Looks nice. Will let you know for sure next week.

No, I am away's away from State College. I must be mistaken, as their web site said they were close to the Elk Viewing sites. The Elk sites are about 15minutes from my house. If you are near State College, you are at least an hour away from the Elk Herd. However they did just kill an elk somewhere in that area not long ago. (hit by a truck, and it was one elk, that for some reason wanted to be anti social) Snow Shoe is about 45mins from me, and the Woodland exit (off of 80east) is right after the last clearfield exit.
Edit: I just looked at the map, You are about an hr from me. You will be an hr north west of state college.
