New truck

Hey, I just whent out and bought myself a 1999 f250 supperdutty 5.4 in good condition. I have a few machanical problems to fix but would also like to turn it into a nice daily on off road driver. Does any one have any suggestions of how to get off road praformance out of a daily driver?

Lift kit, 35 inch tires, lockers front and back, winch front bumper w/ winch for starters.
First I would concentrate on fixing the problems first what is wrong?

It needs some front axel work done wich I have started buying the parts to do. And it needs new running bourds. It got used ones put on befor I bought it and they have rotted out.

Would be a good idea to go thru and change all the fluid out, fuel filter, air filter, flush coolant system, check and maybe flush power steering. Also check battery cables to make sure they are clean and there is no corosion. Congrats on the purchase.
