Starting Problems

2002 Ford F250 7.3 diesel. I have been having on/off again starting problems. I turn the engine off after driving somewhere, after a few minutes i go to start it again & it will not start, it just turns over. I wait anywhere from 5-30min then it will restart. I have already replaced the Cam sensor.
