By the time you buy all the spools of different colors and sizes of wires, fuseblock, relays and connectors you will have spent enough to have bought a new harness. EZwiring uses industry standard color coded wires with their function printed every 6" on the wire. There must be ~ 20# of copper in their harness alone.

I appreciate all the input and feedback thus far guys. I have plenty of wiring laying around from past projects and such. I plan on making it very tidy, tight, and organized and making up my own chart/diagram that's color coded so I'm good in the future. This way I can put the $$ I would have spent on a harness towards something else on the truck. As I get further along with my wiring I'll be sure to post more pics. Thanks everyone.
