Unfortunately, the spare I had was a SRW. It looks a little funny being narrower than the front. I do have another spare, but it's from a chassis cab. I think I'll get a buddy to move the spring perches and then swap again come winter.
And no, I forgot to put my Prolong in there. Maybe that would have saved it..... Maybe it still will.
Things like this scare me especially when im off roading. If something like that happens the debree flying out can be hazardous... especially if it blew out the top of the diff...put a hole in the rear tank... and diesel flooded on top of the burning oil. Hopefully the skidplate would prevent this, but then again I would never expect any diff internals being able to break through the pumpkin

Uless I'm mistaken, the dually axle from a cab & chassis is the same width as a single wheel axle from a regular pickup, just the spring perches are located different. I would measure the distance from brake backing plate to brake backing plate on your toasted axle and the one from the c&c.
