Shake at 30mph
I have an 05 150 4x4, it just started shaking like a tranny issue at around 30mph. It won't do it before or after, and when I let off the accelerator it isn't as bad. It started after making a 180 hard left on level pavement. It's also worse when on a hill at 30. I'm not knowledgable enough to know what's wrong but I am thinking transmission. If you know what this might be or how to remedy it I would love the help.

Check your rims for the wheel weights, you may have lost a few with your maneuver. You also may have bent a rim if it was that hard of a 180. I would be surprised if you damaged your tranny from something like that.
