Bad cylinder (PIC)

5.8 developed a miss so I changed the plugs. One plug is fouled with what looks to be oil. What is going on with this cylinder?

Rear cylinder passenger side maybe? If so that's because of the the PCV valve and the fix is to put a longer hose on it and connect to the main vacuum tree.

Stuck ring ? Scored cylinder wall.. That one and the one in front of it do that on my 351 ever since I did a sea foam treatment and sucked carbon chunks into them.. My cylinder walls are toast. GL with yours my friend!
