Electrical issues
2000 F350 PSD 6 speed 2wd
Background: I have had water issues with the GEM. Once it dried out, all was normal until this last time.
This last time however, after it dried out, the speedo and A/C blower motor (manual HVAC) were not working and the air bag light stays on. I checked all of the grounds and all were good. I jumped the blower direct to the battery and it works. I checked all of the relays and fuses - all work good. I thought that it might be the fuse block, but I still have power on the hot side of the fuse. Cruise control still works and I tried replacing the VSS with no change. All other functions still work as normal.
I'm stumped...what else could it be?

No doubt that the leak is an issue and will be fixed a some point. I just need to find out what is going on with the A/C, speedo, and air bag.
