No power.

I went out today to use my truck and it started right up but it didn't have any power. The last time I had it out it was fine. When I push down on the accelerator it barely moves and just pours out the black smoke. If you let up on it, it idles just fine as if nothing is wrong. I'm leaning towards the idea that the something is wrong with the turbo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

turbo, or cracked head gasket. could be loosing compression somewere along the line.
