Thanks Hank for starting the July thread. Housing is good, I can stay there up to 6 months, or even longer if I have not found a job by then. The house manager position may take some time, it seems the owner wants to keep the current temp manager there right now. However, he is training my on the position, so eventually...

Wow! It's July already.
We sold our minivan this weekend, so now the shopping starts for the new one.
My "buddy" found out we were in the market and starting pushing for us to buy his car. Unfortunately, he wants about $5K more than KBB.
