Well guys, the roofers have been back since early this am & are finally making a little progress in getting the problems solved, in fact, one of the guys just came asking if it was ok that they played a little music while they where working, I guess they can work better if they are jammin while they work.

 

Glad i'm not having to do the roofing thing.

Well, the roofer guys supposedly got finished, now all we have to do is wait for the rain to see if they really accomplished anything, this old building has a lot of mystery places that can just decide to leak when ever it wants to just to p*** me off. LOL

 

Did anything get ruined from the rain?

Same with my grand daughter. We thought it was a resturant that they went to yesterday since she was the only one that topped it off with a Ice cream but not so--- she's better now though. Glad your coming around too.

Neighbors dog came to eat my little en today and my wife saved it.. . I was gonna kill that dog in the street. Guess I would be in jail tonight if she had not stopped me. SOB needs Killin.

Well Dennis, the rain came back this morning & guess what?? They kinda fixed the main leak wowo, but in the process, about 6 new places are now drip drip drip, & it's been raining all day, so I reckon we got a lot more work to do, but I guess since my building is the same age as I am (71) it's entilted to have an issue or 2 or 3

 

Hi Johnny, that doesn't sound good, is it a flat roof, they are a bugger too fix, no pitch !
