Virginia's Official July Heating up the Summer Thread!

Yep, especially true after the earthquakes and tsunamis a year ago wrecked the appliance and electronics inventory coming out Japan. I wonder if it'll ever get back to the levels it used to be, especially for the smaller companies like I worked for. Have 200 of a $5k fridge in our regional warehouse hahah. For a few months last summer we were accepting manufacturer trucks directly at the store for inventory.

ahh... i can understand why they do that though.... especially in todays economy cuz people just arent buying like they use to...

Looked at a puppy today. A Rhodesian Ridgeback aka "Lion Dog". Beautiful dog.
Here is the pup I looked at. 10 weeks, 22#s. Huge paws, great ridge.
Here is the dad. He is 105# and 2 years old.

Lonely. Wife and I talked about a dog. If I get the dog it will come home. Plus, I will be sleeping in the desert and mountains alone some time. A good dog could make a big difference.
Think Tom Hanks and "Wilson"

True. Even though we don't hunt with them, I come from a family that's always had dogs. Papa brought home a doberman once that the seals deemed "too aggressive to train" hahaha.
What do you know about mower bagger interchangeability Tim?

Yea. This free-to-me mower that I finally checked out doesn't have a bagger. For 250-400 for a set of bags, might as well get a sub $200 dump cart and make a doghouse to go on top of it.

You can get just any bag carrier then Dave. You should have a rear bagger mount already built into the back/bottom of the mower. Home Depot/Lowes sells em. You will probably go with a triple bagger for a 54" mower.
I'd try either Sears for a craftsman or Lowes for a Husqvarna.
