I got a Dual Steering Damper Kit.
Made by Rancho....Part No. RS98510... For my 2008 Superduty FX4.
I ordered it online from Rockauto.com .
Paid about $147 for it...
It works very well

I have had the skyjacker duals on two trucks. Got it at my local 4x4 place. Trick trucks.

did it take the truck to a more manageable driving experience on rough roads? Mine tries to fly off. Like this

Im running the dual kit from top guns customs with bilstein shocks........steering wheel never moves any more its great! I got the kit on Ebay

Mine wobbles just as bad. "The Death Wobble." it's crazy Ford is able to just leave these trucks on the road like this. One would think that a new SD driver that over compensates and crashes, it'd be an instant recall issue.

Are there any negatives to adding a steering stabilizer. My wife drives my truck sometimes and I don't want to make it any more difficult than she already thinks it is.

For general driving, Not that I'm aware of.

it will feel no different to her when she turns the wheel....driving it , it will feel much more stable!

Around $500 +/- shipped.

Is it worth triple what those other ones are?

If you have to ask, just buy the cheap stuff...(I made the mistake of buying Skyjacker for my diesel Ex...NEVER again.)

I got the bilstein stabilizer from Carli Suspension to complement the lift kit I have from them. Made a big difference. Stable steering wheel at all speeds on the freeway, even at 100 mph. BTW its a single stabilizer that replaces the factory p.o.s.
