I am currently looking at purchasing a borg warner trans. The #'s on the case are 13-09-066a and 13-09-097-093. I am told this is a 5 speed manual trans from a 1996? f ??? series with a 7.3 diesel. I can post more #'s found on the case if needed. I would like to know what the ratios are for each gear. Hope someone can help
is there any chance that this is a 5 speed from another truck. This is most definitley a 5 speed trans as it has 5 forward gears and 1 reverse. Could eaton be a possibility? I am confused. The rest of the trans #'s are E6T3-LA

Are you looking at the trans? How does it compare to the pics in the top link above? How do you know it has 5 gears, did you drive it? If it's a T19, it's a 4 speed.
Search "Borg Warner 5 speed" and all you will find is the T5, maybe the T50. Keeping in mind this is wiki, no 5er listed here--not proof of course:
