looking for a locking shovel mount

looking for a locking shovel mount
anyone know of some sort of shovel mount that is locking? id like to carry a shovel in the bed, but want it secured so it dosent end up stolen or tossed through a window. i was thinking of putting it on the front of my bed box, anyone have any ideas ?

ok guys a few more qwestions. can i buy a new ac comp and install it,hook up the lines and run my truck as long as i dont turn on the air?will this screw up new ac comp unit?
#2 if i go with the bypass puly kit will my heater still work? i can roll thrue the summer with no air but when winter gets here i need my heat i freeze dureing az winter.
#3 is it posibile to leave burnt unit in and mesure belt with a string and by pass bad ac comp with a shorter belt?
reason i ask is i am looking for the cheapest fix for now until i can come up with funds to do the entire ac unit lines,coil flush bla bla bla .i was told when the unit gos it blows bad stuff into the systom and you have to redo alot of it and flush.i will have to pay a shop for this part of the game.

as far as your shovel delema... use a chain and padlock?
and for the ac compressor as long as its just a case of the compressor locked up just unplug the compressor and go on you merry way. my ac pump locked up in November and i just unplugged it so i could still use the heater.
