They are storage areas, that's what they are for. My sunglasses sit on the top one, iPod is in the lower one. If you want to add something make it something you can use, not just something you added for the hell of it. If you can't think of anything then I would just leave them as they are.

That's not my interior, my interior is from an fx4 not a lariat

im with 46fordtruck make it useful or if uwant something different maybe look into like a colored interior light that matches the interior or try ford...they may have a revised trim piece that replaces the storage bin.
