Preventive Maintenance while trans is out

Is there anything that I should do while I have the trans pulled out of my truck? I replaced the up-pipe gaskets last year and they still look great. The fly wheel doesnt seem to have any cracks and looks good, thats all I can think of, anything Im missing?

If you are crafty, you can fab a drain line from the valley drain hole down and out the bottom. Not really a big deal on an auto, but can save a clutch on a manual truck if you get a healthy leak. One member used soft copper tubing to do it and it worked slick.

How is the fuel line going to the rear of the passenger side head? Is it in good condition? Now would be the time to replace the fuel sleeves on the line or the whole line if it's damaged. With the Trans out I would think it would be easier to get to the fitting on the back of the head.
