Lift blocks

My son just bought an 03 f-350. Can we use the 2" stock lift blocks that were removed from the rear of my 01 excursion to lift the front of his truck?

Better off buying a replacement 5-6" block, stacking blocks is not recommended.

A block for lift in the front is never a good idea. I was at my local spring shop 15 min ago pricing out leafs for the front pack. $160 for both sides. That would be your best bet. Another possibility would be a mini leaf pack. Good luck!

You absolutely cannot use them for that. You have a number of options, including replacing the pack with lift springs, using a mini pack, an add-a-leaf, or lift shackles.

I just raised the front of my truck 2.0 inches with some lift shackles for the front springs. Here is the thread.

I think you can buy them from eBay, bit I made mine. I made them much stronger and I got a kick out of doing it.

The truck drives just as it did before. Works great.

I definitely didn't see the part about wanting to lift the front, glad everybody else did though haha
