Door Inserts
Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
I don't see your location listed in your signature (etc) so am not sure where U are located. Some parts of the country still have the bronk in a junk yard. You could look there, it's a simple screw in deal (I don't thing there's even a clip behind like the newer yrs). You can put anything you want in there if it's the right thickness to match up with the embossed lip & not interfere w/the window crank/door handle. If you are familiar with the typical vendors ( there are several doz.) they have products (some used, some new - the used may B more expensive than the new) that are duplicate or 'innovative' (i.e. alu. diamond plate, suede etc).
Again, back to application - if you'll use the rig for wheeling the diamond plate kinda fits. We still don't have enuff info for a good ans. for U. If going for the concourse correct restoration - the pristine used or NOS. I got so many oem metal skins I've rattle can sprayed some w/the truck's trim color and some w/the base color. I have not hacked holes for speakers tho.

BTW: Pardon my directiveness but it would help if you posted to One thread. Having them around and about makes it difficult (for us) to zero in on your needs. Having One (seems like the Qs R basically about the same stuff) makes it easier for you to follow up with us - our comments. However, this wrks too if need be. PM me if you'd like.
EDIT:
Humm, just reread. May B U mean sompin different. I wuz thinkin "panels'. Inserts ( there's 2 kinds) are ?$300? Make the door opening smaller? Again the vendors. They mostly started as shops building customized bronks (K Bar S, Duff, BCB, JBGY, etc) and went on from there. Often they have used they've ripped off rigs for owners who don't want them or have some problem so have been side lined. Again ask them (for used /OR/ new). Also there's been an explosion of interest in the vehicles (in the '90s) and now many have an on-line presence. Connect w/them they swap prts amongst themselves.
I met a EB owner on the craigslist and we traded my wore out doors with a missing door panel, the window tracks cut off and the one latch/handle would not even really work at all, for a set of fiberglass inserts and the soft doors.
He knew what he was getting and we were both happy, than I found a set of brand new inserts for $100 (craigslist again) had to get on that deal.
Get a spare set of hinges mod to be slippers and make you some (or have a welding shop) tube doors to your liking, and get a fabric or boat shop to make some snap on covers.
Maybe not a cool, but easy on the wallet versus....
