7.3L Excursion Suspension Torque Specs

In the process of spring & shock swaps.
Can anyone point me to the proper torque
specs for the leaf springs, shocks, U-bolts etc..?

I've added modified B Codes in back & doing the front
X Codes this weekend.

Any help is much appreciated.

Front....
Front spring to axle u bolts - 99 lb/ft
Front spring to spring hanger nut - 203 lb/ft
Front spring to shackle nut - 185 lb/ft
Front shackle to frame nut - 185 lb/ft
Front shock bracket nut upper and lower - 76 lb/ft


Rear.....
Leaf spring to axle u-bolts - 185 lb/ft
Leaf spring to front spring hanger bracket - 185 lb/ft
Leaf sprint to rear shackle - 185 lb/ft
Rear shackle to frame - 185 lb/ft
Rear shock to frame mounted bracket nuts - 17 lb/ft
Rear shock to axle bracket nut and bolt - 46 lb/ft

Someone will chime in and correct any mistakes but those are the numbers I used for my spring swap.
You'll get yourself a good workout.

Tim - Thanks Very helpful

Any advice on torque wrenches? 1/2" vs. 3/8" and torque range. It sounds like I might need one light & one heavy.

My 1/2 torque wrench goes up to 250 ft/lb so I used that one for everything. I don't think the 3/8 goes high enough maybe to like 80 or 100.

I had a slight issue with it towards the end and my neighbor brought his 3/4 drive torque wrench over. The issue was using it with the rear u-bolts and clearance with the 3/4 to 1/2 adapter and the deep socket. I am pretty sure I would have had the same issue trying some of the other spring to frame bolts.

I could have done it if I had the correct 3/4 in sockets.

Thanks - I have a 1/2" drive 250lb Torque wrench. I don't think there is a socket deep enough for me. I have 3 1/2 to 4" of thread left on each rear
U-Bolt - left room in case I wanted to switch from 2" to 4" block.
I will post a pic later... Will have to use a ratcheting Gearwrench and
torque with a crowsfoot wrench.
