i cant help you there, but i had an 88 f-superduty dump truck that i kept for 18 years, and it never let me down. what a great truck. it's still running great today, wished i never sold it. i'd leave it sitting for 5 months and that internation 7.3 would start EVERY time.
I don't think the F-350 & F-Superduty tie rods are the same. The F-350 2wd has a twin I-beam independent front end, and the F-Superduty has a monobeam front axle like a big truck (at least my '94 does)...
When you say the right tie rod: do you mean the tie rod end? On mine, there is only one tie rod. It connects the steering knuckles together. Another rod connects the pitman arm on the steering box to the tie rod.
