So I finally ordered a ts chip and here it is over 3 weeks and I haven't gotten it yet. Apparently I ordered when they were all out of town, sent a couple of e mails and they told me there was a glitch in the system and that my order was finally processed and shipped on May 30th. The tracking number is worthless and priority mail must be a joke. E mailed again on thurs to confirm it had shipped and no response. I'm getting pretty frustrated as I have long paid for it, yet no chip. Hopefully it gets here soon, sorry guys just wanted to rant a bit.
Hey my brother-in-law just got a TS chip the other day, I guess they programmed his when they had that "glitch". He installed it and the truck did nothing, then he asked if he could try it in my truck... no way. He's gonna return and see what happens. Maybe it was worth wait.

If you cannot wait 4-12 weeks for a programmer to become available, you are welcome to ship your FICM and/or ECM to us. In most cases there is a 24-48 hour turnaround for reprogramming. Please call us if you have any questions.
That's copyed right from their site. I took that as not affecting the ts chips. I understand it's a small company, but I would like some communication. I don't know, maybe I need to send more e mails, but I also don't like flooding someone's inbox. 1 should be enough. Maybe it's the darn post office. Who knows. Shipped on the 30th and here it is the 10th and still nada, something ain't right.
