Let's have a little fun with this poll

We've had some heated debates over the last couple of weeks and quite frankly, i think we need a break. I want to see how much or how often each of performs routine (checks) on our trucks. Have some fun with the poll, add some comments that we may benefit from and I'll throw some scooby snacks around.

For me, it's whenever I remember to do it, or before a longer camping trip towing the trailer. So none of the poll options really apply since it's not on a set (repeated) schedule.

Usually every couple weeks for me. Except for tires. Those I check for proper pressure and tread wear about once a week

checked the oil at the end of my last vacation out of guilt, it was fine, these modern engines (ecoboost) dont seem to use much oil and for the most part are maintenaince free, I remember when it was an almost everyday thing to raise the hood wether you were on the road or at home because they always needed somthing! I still do know what a set of points look like!

I'm a monthly kind of guy myself unless I have a road trip coming. It was mentioned that these trucks are pretty maintenance free and that seems to be about true.

I've never had to add oil to my EB even after a long hot summer road trip. My Hankook tires on the other hand need checking monthly no matter what.

I often take a walk around and look things over, perhaps twice a week. My truck is my work truck and office, if it goes down, I'm screwed until we reunite...lol. I keep an eye on things, the dealer sees to it if it needs anything. So far, problem free.

Me too. I'll work on my Ranger all the time, but with the new truck, I want the dealer (Ford) to have it in their system too.

Thats funny! Tried to rep ya, I'm in jail however. I haven't put more than 1k on mine in the last 4+ months due to having a company truck while I'm playing bossman. I'm supposed to be done running this job sometime around the end of Oct, after that I might get to running it every day again. It certainly is a joy to drive mine after running the stock Scab all week
