if you remove the smog stuff plan on removing the cat converter and have a hi flow cat installed. the new cat conveters burn better and dont require the smog stuff to operate properly

a vacuum leak that causes a 3000 rpm idle will be extremely noticeable...listen for a very large hiss and see where it's coming from...you can use a thick section of hose as a stethascope to help
