1980 VIN help.
Would like some help decoding the vin on this truck to find out what it really is. Yes i have checked the Vin decoder here on the website its not really coming up with any thing and have checked with other sorces as well seems like we have some really good experts here so i am posting a message here for any help. For your 1980 Ford:
F10 = Series Code = 1980/83 F100 2WD pickup
E = Engine Code = 1980/82 = 300 cid gasoline-powered 6-banger; 1985/87 = 140 cid 4-banger Mitsubishi turbo diesel
N = Assembly Plant = Norfolk
HG9348 = Numerical sequence of assembly

Thanks for the help and the Info. Finally Pulled this truck out of the Garage where it had been sitting for 4 years finally got it up and running needed a few things but Started right up after a bit of gas.
