Somewhere near the 100 mile mark the needle finally began to move. I'm now at 112 miles since fill up and the needle is slightly under the full mark.

I can live with that.

That sounds like a broken pickup. Mine did the same thing and this is what I found when I dropped the tank. That should not be 3 seperate pieces. A new pickup foot was like $30 from Ford and I did the hutch and harpoon while I was in there. I have since put nearly 33 gallons in my 29 gallon tank without running out of fuel.
