Thanks a Bunch for the Thought Bill way cool of you Man
I dont know if an ICP for an 06 would fit my 03 I thought I read something the thread Pitch changed I actually caught onto this reading about the 2 diff air fittings needed to air test HPO System
Here are the sizes I came up with for the Air test HPO
HIGH PRESSURE OIL AIR FITTING SIZE
M14x1.5 to a #4JIC fitting for 03 and early 04
M12x1.5 to a #4JIC fitting for late 04 and up
I am stuck ATM I dont have a Socket or wrench to get ICP out
According to williams thread in the Tech Folder He cut down an 1 1/16 inch Wrench stuck it on and broke loose from the Bottom
I dont have a wrench that big I have every socket around that size but not the exact 1 1/16 inch one

Welll ICP sensor Blew Out and Pigtail is Oil Soaked
Ford ICP was 160.00 (must be made of Gold LOL)oh ya in stock to
Colm Hooked me up with the International Dealer here in Utah They had to order it be here 2 morro but International wanted 85.00 for ICP Sensor and 12.00 shipping Fee
I can wait a day no worries be here 2morro from International
Its my BAD I thought the ICP sensor would be a Common Part in stock Next time I will Place the order Ahead of time for shure
Thanks again COLM
And everyone else thank you
Its always good to have more than 1 person look at the issue someone might take a diffrent veiw of the issue
I did start it again 2day with the ICP unplugged ICP psi was only 921 psi default value this Time it was 1800psi the other day I only let run 5-10 seconds at the most I just wanted to verify the Default ICP psi value again

Well Boys Have a Laugh on me My BRILLIANT A$$ Thought I would save 20 bucks on a pigtail and clean it out with brake cleaner and compressed air
Now that I changed the ICP Sensor and only cleaned pigtail I got it all back together and right when I turned the key on the CEL light came on I got a P2285
On a Good Note it Starts right Up again
Iv even read it to change pigtail 100 times even said it myself its my Bad
So I get to do it over Thats what I get for thinking
Whats Odd though is all the Numbers on the SGII for ICP & ICPV are Good Now
at KOEO for ICPV .20volt
and with BAD ICP Sensor I got at KOEO ICPV .09volt
I guess Im just wondering why it seems to report good numbers but throws a CEL I mean I know why but I Dont know if that makes sense
All I can think of is the Oil Pressure that pushed threw the old ICP sensor must of tweeked the terminals in the Wire Pigtail or something
On a Good Note now I have it figured out I hope I canbe in and out Like a Chicken theif in the Night LOL

P2285 C O R Injector Control Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Default open loop control - underrun at idle, ICP is less than
0.04 volts.
ICP circuit short to ground or open, defective sensor.0.04 volts.

Dave once I got a 1 1/16inch socket it came right out
I did it from the top So FICM and Coolant bottle came out I Could only get a Finger tip on it from Bottom I cant get my arm up in there Honestly I dont know how anyone can get there arm up there from Bottom PLUS the 35inch tires and 6 inch lift made it a stretch
So TOP it was I dont mind taking that extra stuff out And honestly I considered pulling the turbo out but left it in and went with williams writeup in tech folder it wasnt that bad
Pluging the ICP Pigtail Back in was the worst of it beleive it or not
Now its just this pigtail thing
What BLOWS my MIND is why does the SGII report Good Values for ICP and ICPV with a Bad Pigtail

The CEL went out today
Cel was on this AM drove to Home Depot got some Msaterial strart the truck again and CEL went Off
The Cel has remained off but the P2285 is still coming up in the SGII and wont clear it
Weird I guess

Well I wanted to clean my batterys today and throw a charger to them trying to keep them in good shape They didnt take much Charge that DC Power alternator is right on top of that
But anyway The CEL went out the other day but I could still scan with SGII and the Innova Code reader and pull up a DTC. Drove for a couple days No CEL but P2285 remained when scanned none of those code readers would clear it.
So unhooked Batterys turned on the Headlights for 2 hours while trickle chargeing batterys Plug it all back up and DTC Cleared
Just thought it was Odd them other code readers would NOT Clear it
And maybe had enough drive cycles compleated it would have cleared on its own to
So I hope thats the End to the ICP Storey all is good for now
