I can see it...and you're right. You need the taller blocks. Night and day difference. can't wait to see it with the new wheels.
Yeah I think the California boys like the truck higher in the front. It actually has about 1/2" too much rake right now but it's better than before. I would like it to settle out to as level as possible.
Here are some of the pictures you guys wanted to see. The last picture has the new block stacked on top of the stock block. I added that block back in because I didn't like the stance, the back looked a bit lower than the front now it looks correct to me.
I'm going to let go that you missed that the truck was at an alignment shop today for final adjustment because I missed the prior explanation of the stacked block
The preppy redneck kids love the Cali lean around here in SC. Drives me nuts.
Parents buy them 6.0's, they lift em, lean em back, tune em, blow them up and pay out the wazoo to get the motor right. Somebody is makin good money taking care of them.
Your truck really looks great mr Mollo. Looks like you are having lots of fun with it.

Savage, it's okay that you missed all the pertinent info. it's Monday after all.
The spring has alot of curve to it, which normally translates to alot of positive caster. I figured with the 4-link you would be able to adjust it back close to stock spec? Along the same lines as using radius arm drop brackets to correct the caster and straighten the springs again.

I was reading it on my phone. Guess I didn't read it all.....go figure.

What did the shop set the caster to?
Got it. That pic was taken during the install. The other side had not been bolted on yet. It's nice and straight now.
We adjusted to 3.0 degrees. CT Performance who sold it to me said set it at 4.5. The shop told me 3.0 is good and if I didn't like it they would set it at 4.5 if I wanted. This shop has been around forever, so I went with it.

I'm not a fan of the Cali. lean. I have noticed if anybody around here has it, it's always on a chevy. Thanks for the comment I am having fun with this one.
It's nice to have a car for every mood!

Right on. The spring looked compressed in the pic.
