I'm not really sure which harness you're talking about. Could you post a pic of what you need help with? I'm sure there are many of us that would love to help if you could be a little more specific. I have my instrument cluster out right now, so it would be a good time for me to take a picture for you, but I need to know what of.

I've got my whole dash out & don't really get what he's talking about either. The harness comes through the firewall in the upper corner of the driver side. Not sure what you mean by "attach" though.

Sorry its the main harness for a 1978 it runs through a plastic cover that plastic cover screws some were up under the dash . My harness goes out near the driver side and also near the heater box into the engine compartment

Still really confusing what you need to know for sure, the dash harness connects everything from the column, ign switch, cig lighter, radio, heater, etc. A pic of what you need exactly or what you are wanting to do would help. I have my 78 dash out right now.

Big bruce, hang in there we will figure it out as soon as we have some more mind reading classes. JK, are you talking the main harness that goes in from the dvrs side firewall (has 3 large elec connectors)?

That pic is what I needed see that plastic sheath bolted to the top of the dash thanks question is answered sorry about the description problems.
