shutter and a sputter
I have a '90 f-150 with an inline 6. It seems whenever i run it through a wash or else it sits outside while it is raining, very humid or just really damp out, the engine run very rough. There have been times when it will barely get going. feels like it is missing, but when ever it misses, the truck lurches terribly. If anyone knows of what this might be, or if they have the same problem let me know. Then engine has 120,000 mi on it, and the transmission is brand new. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

Check your dist. cap and wires first. Could have a bad wire or cap that is shorting out or grounding out due to excess moisture. Not sure the technical terms, but that is where I would start.
