Another LT header question.
Been off the forums for awhile, so sorry for the question swamp. Betty, 77 F100, 302, automatic, c-4. Pass side manifold is leaking bad, so bad i dont even want to drive. Picked up a set of flowtec long tubes at AAP. Read the manual, and this seems too easy. Has anyone dropped in a set of these in without clearance issues or any other serious issues? THANKS!

The typical issue is that the collectors will point straight to the radius arm crossmembers thus requiring that ya go up and over a lil bit.
There was a pic in here of a modified crossmember where clearance was gained by sectioning in a C-notch (or arch) with gussets.

I see, i see. Well luckily a buddy of mine that is helping me put them in is a custom bike builder so hopefully he will be able to do what ya said. I will mention this to him for sure! THANKS!
