My 04 Ford Explorer
I was reading about the blinking 4x4 light Im having a problem with the 4x4high being on and my ABS light is on also I got the brakes fixed but light is still on and yesterday when it was raining the 4x4hi started blinking dont know y also I have to get 2 upper ball joints dont know if that is y when sometimes I turn the car kind of sounds like the tire is rubbing on something and it kind of jerks help dont want to have to spend a lot of money on things that arent wrong.

You need to get the codes read on the ABS. Yes, upper ball joints can cause problems when turning like what you are hearing and feeling. I would also look at the tires and see if they have issues.
