IMHO the best way to do it is go to Webshots and create an account, then you can load your pictures there and when you want to put one in a thread you just go to that picture and copy the URL then [img][/img] and your good to go...

IF you already have them loaded to an Album on FTE, then go to your "User CP" under pictures and albums, click on the image to view the large version, then below it copy the "BB Code" and paste it in your post.
I agree though Image hosting websites are easier and use less space on the site.
