correct they are 250 100s, nope no pop. still running like a champ. took to ol gal to nj and back averaged 22mpg! redman, i had a few injectors that were very weak with my 2s, i never would have known but i drove it and i had zero fuss about it. My only advice if someone buys this turbo is bump the housing down to a .90 or a 1.0 if your going bigger. when i set up my twins im going with a 1.0. After goofing off on them huge **** hills out in jersey i realized i built a flat out top end monster...lost a bit of its diesely grunt with this big housing. its a blast on top with the hot setting LOL 5th gear should be illegal now
id think youd be just fine with a .90 housing and nothing bigger than 2s. towing 8-10k i saw 5lbs up a hill and 950-1100 becuase it wasnt spooling with out throttle but when you add throttle, at that point your adding more fuel and its getting hot. with a small housing this things gotta be pretty mean for towing. not really that laggy, for a 5spd its worse but i DD and have no complaints
Yeah, way to huge lol And Glenn I used stock which did 318/563 and hot did 478/803. But like I mentioned before I did 730 the year before on 2s lol numbers are off
If you pulled in 5th gear, then the numbers are probably accurate.
You got about a 430-450 hp setup.
With his sticks and turbo, there is no reason he shouldn't be capable of 500-525hp, if ICP and fuel pressure is holding strong and there are no boost leaks.

Cannot disagree, but I dont' think the supporting mods are there yet. but then I dont' know 100% what he's done.
a 480 run is great.
The tq for a 480 run was off though.
For a-code 250/100's a T-500 is at the end of its limits.

His 250's are hybrids. The T500 is probably still running out of gusto, even with hybrids, but he is running hybrids. Lots of guys run hybrids just fine with a strong running stock 17*. Personally, I think his numbers were correct and he'll find better numbers when he finds better tuning..

yeah as soon as i can get my greedy little paws on a t1000 ill pop that in, some serious data coming back that looks GOOD. it pulls hard on top but im sure its no 3200psi, boost stays around 42 so im sure its loosing icp but it doesnt see high runs very often. and i cant wait to try new tunes. this smoke is completely unmanagable with the current tunes i have. and its just too expensive to keep sending it back and putting the truck down for a week.
and if you already have the nozzle you want, the hybrids are very affordable actually. mine were a little over a grand becuase i had 2 bad nozzles that barley flowed over 30cc
