Have found a 89' intake and plenum off a GT Mustang. Will this work on my 94' F-150 5.0 rebuild without messing up the computer ? Also a set of 89' GT Mustang heads E7TE casting. Will they work? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Rudy 94'F150(rebuid in progress)96' Cobra,2000 Expedition&2003HD truck l

youve already got those heads on your motor, if its a 94 engine. and the manifold that is on your engine right now is actually a little better than the stock mustang manifold. i wouldnt take the parts from the mustang. id go with aftermarket stuff if you want more power.

adams right, actually the mustangers will run truck intakes because they flow better and are cheap. You'd be better off finding a set of gt-40p heads and intake off a 5.0 explorer.Sometimes you can find em at the junkyard for cheap and just re work the valve train.Your truck is speed density I would think unless it's a calif. model.check out http://www.50tech.com/ thet have a couple guys there who have done some modding on speed density and could help you out.
