need advice aqnd recomendation

any body have any ideas on how to clean these up like new? they r aluminum and i want the clear coat off.

go down to the nearest truck wash shop & have them spray some alum-A-shine ( spelling?? I'm to lazy to walk out to the garage and check) it's acid wash for semi wheels & fuel tank's on them or sand blast them. I blasted my turbine's with my wet sand blaster and they turned out pretty good but make sure you use a fine sand so that the sand don't pit the aluminum

What ever you use, I would suggest testing it on the back of the wheel first. I remember once using some cleaner on the engine of our 86' 5.0 mustang and it turned the intake gray. That sucked.

any of the wheel/aluminum wash's that contain acid will turn them white after a couple days unless you hit them after they dry with some kind of polishing compound
