f150 FX4 with 4'' lift

I have a 2005 F150 FX4. I have been looking and doing a lot of research pertaining to putting on a lift kit. I am going to be getting a suspension lift and I am 95% sure its going to be 4''. I might go with 6'' but I think I have talked myself into 4'' for many reasons. I have done a lot of google searches to find pictures of f150's with 4 inch lifts. It is hard to find what the end result will really look like. A lot of pictures on there say its a 4 inch but really its not. I have gone through the galleries on here but that is very time consuming trying to find one with what im after. my mission to you all, hit me up or post a comment on here if you have a f150 with a 4'' lift on it so I can get a better feel of what my truck will be lookng like after I get the lift. I am driving myself crazy with the decision and this will help me make up my mind. Thanks in advance!!!

I have a 6" on mine. I would say a big part of it depends on what tires you are looking to run. I have 35"x12.5" on mine and I had to do a little trimming of the bumper. They still rub some at full turn over a good size bump.

I have 33s on mine right now. I will get which ever tires look the best with the lift I get. If I get the 4" then ill probably stick to the 33s at least for a while. Iv heard both sides about the 35 with a 4 inch...

You can put 35" tires on a 4" lift the trimming that is needed or not needed will largely depend on the wheels you use. If you stick to stock or close to stock backspacing then the trimming if any will be minor. I have a few good pictures of trucks with 4" lifts on them and will try to post them up later today for you.
