Summer meet-get together
So, we have an esteemed guest in our midst, so a summer get together would always be a nice thing... Baby Bunny is hanging out in our neck of the woods playing with the wind generators that are popping up around the western part of the state. Anyone up for a meet? A thought is that we could check out the Good Guys show in Des Moines the weekend before the 4th of July weekend. Otherwise we can make a meet another time if the consensus is to have a less crazy venue... Post up ideas/opinions.

I know I'm late on this thread but as an aside, if you guys are in town (Des Moines) to check out Good Guys, you are welcome to swing by and look at my junkyard of a garage/f100 projects and have a beer or two...

Was planning on getting there, now I'm not so sure, seems the wife's ex is managing to screw things up yet again... I seem to be destined to not make it, been trying to get there for several years, but haven't made it so far. However, I will be in town next Friday for an interview at Gits Mfg in Urbandale.

well if you have time built into your schedule next friday, I will be gettin dirty in the garage. Granger is 5 miles or so NW of Urbandale... I will have the beers cold.

I would have come by if my mom didn't need her car back... I had to borrow it so I could look decent, hard to do when driving with the window down in this heat...
