From what little I know about injection pumps and injectors, replacing them is 100,000 mile tune up on these engines. My issue is that the injector pump on my truck is no longer sending fuel to the injectors...
The FSS makes a slight clicking sound when the key is turn on and then again when the key is turn off. So, I assume it is working properly, since both the test light and sound test check out.
There is fuel going to the injector pump and no fuel going from the injector pump to the injectors... However, to answer your question there is fuel going to the fuel filter and from the filter to the injector pump.
