2001 ford power stroker fuel

Fuel mileage on my truck is about 12miles to the gallon I have about 156000 miles . How can I get better fuel mileage ?

Take the bus!

Have you done a tune up? You running oversized tires? Clean out your EBPV. There are a lot of variables that could contribute to poor mileage

Never have given a tune up but ebpv not sure what that is ?

There are lots of things that can cause low MPG, 12mpg isnt unheard of, but could be a sign of something wrong, however, thats not alarmingly low.

Thanks the line was plugged how often should i clean the sensor and line ?

What gears are you running? I dont think theres a need to check it often, maybe every 6 months or so until you know how long it take to start clogging back up again.

Not sure but get the same fuel milage drive in or to towing a trailer with a bobcat were could I look to find out what gears I have?

Theres tags on both pumpkins that will tell you bolted onto the covers with the cover bolts. IF there still there. Sounds to me like you have 4:10s

Tag on the differential, or sometimes on the build sticker in the door jam. What body configuration do you have? Single Rear Wheel? Dually?
