That looks like one of the available stock wheels.. as long as it's no more than 8" wide. What size tire is on it?

Center cap looks wrong, could swear the ford version of those used a center cap that fit over the lugs and had red accents on it.
Those look like mickey thompsons.

It apperas aftermarket as it looks as if it has way too much offset to the outside to properly center the tire / rim over the bearings as Ford engineered it for maximum bearing life and maximum load capacity.
The way it looks like to me, at least from the pictures standpoint is that the improper offset is going to transfer way too much load to the outer and smaller wheel bearing. That makes it unsafe if it is in truth that way and not just a optical illusion from the way the picture was taken.

That is an aftermarket wheel. Very easy to spot. Besides having the wrong lip and center cap, all factory wheels were a ten hole mag.

The center cap on the factory rims were held in place with screws IIRC.

Wonder when they stopped putting the rivets on the OEM's. My wheels were 1995's.

According to the FORD parts catalog, the rivets disappeared in 1994...
