Blinkers Broken
Got a 03 ebExpedition not sure where to start on it. My blinkers are going CRAZY! they blink out of control and then stop working. I have checked the bulbs and sockets and all are functioning fine. the flashers, brake lights and everything else work fine just the blinkers are acting weird. Fuses are good and relay seems to work for everything else. Please Help I am going crazy with this thing and need it fixed yesterday.

The flasher relay may be the culprit, it's behind the panel below the steering wheel. 2 or 3 bolts on the lower edge will let you remove it (it's not 100% necessary to remove this panel to get to the relay but it lets you kind of see what you are after). The relay is to the left of the steering wheel and near the opt edge of that panel. You can reach up brom below and remove the relay (and replace with a new one). Mine had a plastic cover over the relay (to keep birds or something off, I guess) that has a push-to-release clip. If you can get the lights to blink (turn signals or emerg flasher) you can find it by feel, it makes the clicking noise. I got a replacement from the "zone" although they sold me the wrong one the first time. Once you know where it is it's not too hard to remove/replace without removing the panel.

I don't know John but if you can get it to blink at all I'd suggest you put your hand up behind the dash and feel around. The sound will let you know the general area it's in and once you have a finger or two on it you should be able to feel the relays clicking.
