If there any place (prefer in canada but we know how it is for us canucks..)
the front and rear cab corners are rotted out, along with the entire rocker panel/running board section.
Im wondering if anyoe sells a prebent weld-in replacement for these trucks?
trying to avoid tracking down a sheetmetal brake..
You're not going to find a whole lot of parts for crew cabs. But from talking with body shops when I had my 85 cc, the rockers are same front and rear, actual cab corner is shared with reg cab trucks, rear rocker/door jam on the doors is shared too. Rear doors are the absolute hardest and share nothing in common. This is info given to me from some reputable local shops.
I looked around when doing some rust repair to my CC. I found one company that sold CC rocker repair panels, and I never saved their info because they were over $500 for each side. I ended up using regular cab panels, and fabbing metal where I needed to. Worked out fine, as Brad suggested.
Thanks for the info guys. I think im just going to get some 1/16 c channel or weld two l bars tpgether for my rokers to have a solid place to weld the a-b-c panels and new floors
