Gooseneck?

I have a 2003 Ford F150 Screw fx4 5.4L with 3.73s, I know what my tow cap. is but I was wondering if anyone has used a gooseneck hitch on a f150? I'm asking because the only trailer I have that will fit my Wrangler is gooseneck. (got the trailer, then totaled the 96 f250, then bought what I could afford)

If the trailer is designed so it won't hit your cab on a turn, your fine as long as your within your weight limits.
A special 5th wheel 'sliding' mount is sometimes used to help the situation.
Otherwise the SCREW was not meant to tow 5th wheel.
Good luck.

Thanks for the information. The trailer is designed to come no where near the cab due to the triangle front.

Commonplace with 24 and 25 foot fivers.
